The Coordinatr, North Central of the ongoing Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) U17 Youth League, Barrister Paul Edeh has said that the plans for the discovered players is to be in the U15, U17 and U20 national teams, BSN sports.com.ng can reveal.

He added that in order to get the best out of the scouted players, there has been a perfect arrangement for tour of Europe to engage in international friendly games with age grade teams in Europe.

His words, What the Chairman of the NPFL, Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye is attempting to do is put together about 30 discovered young talents from this competition touring Europe to play friendly matches.

He added, "The idea behind this is to be able to provide for this Nation, youth footballers at the U15, U17 and U20 national teams.

And with what we have seen here today, these boys are playing beautiful football and I am sure the Chairman of the NPFL, Gbenga Elegbeleye and the Chairman of Youth League, Pastor Emeka Inyama are going to ensure that the players discovered from this competition will be seen growing into playing for national teams and various NPFL clubs.

He also commended the government of the host state, Nasarawa, the officiating as well as Kwara State youth team. Since we arrived here and till this moment, the state government has done so well in hosting us.

I must commence by praising Kwara State youth team for playing such beautiful football with excellent man-power in term of football prowess but unfortunately, Lobi Stars came from behind to win the game. I think the reason is the resilient nature of the Lobi Stars players throughout the match.

"I must also pay glowing tribute and respect to the officiating. The officiating has been top-notch. And when we started and had our meeting, I told them that officiating will not be compromised." He concluded.
