Nwabali Appreciate Fans For Support After Super Eagles Debut

Super Eagles and Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has appreciated fans for their support during his debut game with the team at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, in Cote d'Ivoire, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Nwabali, who is currently with the Super Eagles at the AFCON made his debut in the game with Equatorial Guinea.

He was excited with the milestone achievement to be selected to start ahead of first-choice Francis Uzoho in the opening game. 

"Never happy with a draw but very proud of the team. Thanks for your support on my first debut."

 The 27-year-old has enjoyed a good season with the Chilli Boys and was selected by the Nigeria coach Jose Peseiro for AFCON.
