Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, pulled off a 90th-minute penalty save for his club in the South African Premier League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nwabali's crucial stop secured a 1-1 draw for Chippa United away at Sekhukhune United as the Super Eagles' number one is proving again why he is trusted in clutch moments.

Recall that Chippa United head coach Luc Eymael had expressed concern about the skipper after he missed their last league game.

The Nigerian shot-stopper was a notable absentee as the Chilli Boys lost 2-1 away to Polokwane City on Sunday, with 24-year-old Ayanda Sithole deputising in goal.

However, the gaffer said the situation with the Super Eagles' number one is sad, but he prefers that it is sorted out internally first.
