OFFICIAL:FC ONE Rocket Confirms Ugochukwu Obiri Transfer To Rangers

Nigeria National League (NNL) side, FC ONE Rocket have confirmed the transfer of their captain and midfielder Ugochukwu Obiri to Rangers International, on a three year deal, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The official statement from the club was released by the Media Officer, Akila Matawal, who announced that the midfielder has joined the seven-time NPFL champions. 

"We are delighted to announce that agreement has been reached with Rangers International FC of Enugu for the transfer of our captain, Ugochukwu Obiri.

"Obiri joins Rangers on a three-year deal until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

"The defensive midfielder, who joined us from FC Bethel of Lagos, spent three seasons with the Indomitables, captaining the team in the last two seasons, and was instrumental in our run to the Nigeria National League Super 8 playoff last season.

"He has since linked up with his new teammates at Rangers. He is expected to make his competitive debut soon."
