Official: FIFA Unveils Three Mascots For 2026 World Cup

With just a year to the kickoff of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the world football governing body has officially unveiled the three mascots for the tournament, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The global showpiece, which will be jointly hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States, will feature three symbolic mascots representing each of the host nations.
Maple the Moose will stand for Canada.
Zayu the Jaguar will represent Mexico.
Clutch the Bald Eagle will symbolize the United States.
The 2026 edition will mark the first time 48 nations will compete in a FIFA World Cup, expanding from the traditional 32-team format.
