French Women’s Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain Féminine have officially unveiled Nigeria’s Super Falcons forward, Rasheedat Ajibade, on a two-year contract with an option for extension, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Super Falcons captain joined PSG after leaving Spanish Iberdrola club Atlético Madrid Féminine at the end of last season, following the expiration of her contract. Ajibade, who led Nigeria to victory at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, has already resumed training with her new teammates.

The club confirmed her arrival on Tuesday morning, stating: “Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce the signing of Nigerian international Rasheedat Ajibade, who has committed to the club until June 30, 2027.”

She now teams up with her compatriot, Jennifer Echegini, in the French capital.
