Ogbu Reflects On New Deal And First Trophy With Slavia Prague

Nigerian defender Igoh Ogbu has shared his excitement after signing a contract extension with Czech champions Slavia Prague, and winning his first major trophy with the club, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ogbu recently signed a one-year extension that will keep him at Eden Park until 2027.

“It’s amazing for me to stay at Slavia—to continue being part of this family. It means a lot to me,” he said in an interview with the club’s official website.

The 25-year-old centre-back played a key role in Slavia Prague’s successful league campaign, helping the club secure the Czech League title—his first trophy since joining the team.
