Okocha Arrives In Rwanda For Promotional Tour

Nigerian football icon Jay-Jay Okocha has arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, for a five-day visit as part of the ongoing Visit Rwanda campaign, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Okocha, who last visited Rwanda in 2023 for the FIFA Congress, is expected to participate in various activities aimed at promoting Rwanda as a global tourist destination.

Speaking upon his arrival at Kigali International Airport, the former Super Eagles captain and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star expressed his excitement about the trip.

“I’m here to highlight the partnership between PSG and Rwanda through the Visit Rwanda initiative, and of course, to showcase what a beautiful country Rwanda is,” Okocha said.

His visit runs until July 11.
