Olofa Of Offa Receives Victorious Offa Volleyball Club, Commends Team

The Olofa of Offa, HRM Oba Mufutau Muhammed Gbadamosi Ajagungbade I Esuwoye II, has received the victorious Offa Volleyball Club in his palace, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Offa Volleyball Club emerged champions of the Nigeria Volleyball Premier League for the second consecutive season.

Oba Gbadamosi commended the team for their professionalism and resilience saying that they have made Offa proud.

The Kabiyesi hailed the head coach of Offa Volleyball Club, Sulaiman Olayinka Ajeigbe for his sacrifices and tenacity in producing Volleyball stars from Offa. 

He enjoined him to ensure a succession plan as the players get local and foreign opportunities. 

The Oba, who made a donation in appreciation of the team's efforts, was supported by the Aare Bobajiro of Offa, Chief Musbau Olalekan Olaniyi. 

In his response, the head coach of the team appreciated Olofa of Offa for his fatherly role. 

He said, "Your prayers have been of great impact as some of our players have secured clubs abroad while some got employed and playing for the national team."

The coach informed the Kabiyesi of their plans to have an indoor volleyball facility.
