Olopade Assumes Office As Director General Of National Sports Commission

Hon. Bukola Olopade officially took office on Wednesday morning as the Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC) at its headquarters in Abuja, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

To begin his tenure, Hon. Olopade held warm meetings with the Commission’s chairman, directors, and staff.

During the meeting with the directors, he discussed important sports-related issues and outlined his vision for the future of the Commission.

As part of his first day's activities, Hon. Olopade paid a courtesy visit to the NSC Chairman, Alhaji Shehu Dikko.

He expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with the Chairman, stating that their partnership is essential for achieving the Commission’s goals in developing Nigeria’s sports sector.

The newly appointed Director General also emphasized his commitment to dialogue, teamwork, and establishing a strong foundation for sports development in the country.
