Onuachu Injury Not A Big Deal - Southampton Boss

The manager of the English Premier League club Southampton, Russell Martins, has allayed fear about the injury of Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International was subbed off in the last League against Liverpool where he gave a good account of himself.

The team coach, after the game, confirmed that Onuachu would go through a test to determine the extent of the injury.

Martins debunked the injury and said he should be available to play a part in the game against Brighton Hove Albion.

"Paul’s being assessed, so fingers crossed Paul will come through alright,” Martin told reporters.

“It’s not a bad injury at all, which is really good news for us, just a niggle, so hopefully we can manage that, and he can be involved."
