Nigerian sprinters Udodi Onwuzurike and Favour Ashe are scheduled to compete at the Wiesława Maniaka Memorial in Poland on Wednesday, BSNSports.com.ng reports. ‎ ‎

Onwuzurike will line up in the men’s 200m, where he is expected to face American sprinter Brandon Hicklin. ‎ ‎

Meanwhile, Ashe will compete in the men’s 100m alongside Ghana’s Abdul-Rasheed Saminu, American Sam Blaskowski and Canadian Jerome Blake. ‎ ‎

The meeting provides both Nigerians with another opportunity to test themselves against strong international opposition as they continue their preparations for the remainder of the athletics season. ‎ ‎

Onwuzurike and Ashe remain among Nigeria’s leading sprint prospects, with both athletes targeting strong performances on the international circuit. ‎ ‎
