Orlando Pirates Confirm Departure Of Olisa Ndah
Ibrahim Lateef
Orlando Pirates Football Club announces that they have reached a mutual agreement with former Super Eagles defender Olisa Ndah to part ways, reports BSNSports.com.ng.
The Nigerian international has requested an early release from his contract, a decision made after thorough and respectful discussions with the Club’s management.
These conversations focused on the need to provide Ndah with the opportunity for regular game time as he enters the next phase of his career.
At 28, Ndah joined the Buccaneers in 2021 and quickly established himself as a key figure in our defense. His strong tackling, assured ball control, and unwavering commitment significantly strengthened our backline during a critical time for the Club.
With over 80 appearances for Orlando Pirates, Ndah has consistently reflected the core values of our Club. On the pitch, he has been dependable and disciplined; off it, he has exemplified professionalism, representing our badge with pride.
We respect Ndah’s wish for more minutes on the field and appreciate his candid engagement with management throughout this process.
This decision has been reached in a spirit of mutual respect. Orlando Pirates Football Club thanks Olisa for his professionalism, dedication, and service.
We wish him great success in the next chapter of his career, both personally and in his ongoing journey in the game.
