The Camp of the Super Falcons will open on Thursday the 29th of June 2023 at the nation's capital city, Abuja, in anticipation of the FIFA Women's World Cup next month, BSN Sports can report.

Top stars like Barcelona forward, Asisat Oshola, captain, Onome Ebi, Athletico Madrid forward, Rasheedat Ajibade will hit Abuja ahead of their World Cup preparations this week.

The Mundial for Women will take place between the 20th of July and the 20th of August 2023 and will be co-hosted for the first time ever outside Europe and America by Australia and New Zealand.

America's Major League Soccer trio - Michelle Alozia of Houston Dash, Ifeoma Onumonu of New York FC, and Uchenna Kanu of Racing Louisville FC will join about 20 others at the National Stadium in Abuja from Thursday.

With the World Cup less than a month away, Randy Waldrum and his Ladies will be looking to cross the Round of 16 stages for the first time ever, with Canada, the Republic of Ireland, and host nation Australia, as the first-round hurdle to climb.

Games in Groups A, C, E, and G will be played across four cities in New Zealand - Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin, and Hamilton, as the Super Falcons in Group B will ply their trade alongside Groups D, F, and H across five cities in Australia - Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
