Osimhen Arrives Dimaro For Napoli's Pre-season Amid Cheers From Fans

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has arrived Napoli's pre-season training camp in Dimaro on Wednesday morning, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

The 23-year-old who had an extra days of vacation owing to his involvement with the Super Eagles in the AFCON 2023 qualifiers against Sierra Leone and Soa Tome and Principe, was all smiles amid applauses of fans during his arrival at Dimaro.

Osimhen who left Napoli Centrale station en route to Rome to undergo his medical tests after he arrived Italy on Monday, was expected in Dimaro Tuesday night.

But, a source Tutto Napoli later confirmed that Osimhen will join Luciano Spalletti’s pre-season squad on Wednesday morning to commence training for the new season.

Meanwhile, with the Nigerian being a subject of leaving Naples this transfer window, a United Kingdom based Football Writer Pete O’Rourke believes that Manchester United could look to sign Victor Osimhen this summer.
