I have read tons of write up about this unfortunate Osimhen transfer saga. While some blame him for all kinds of laughable reasons, others blame the three different clubs involved.

A section of people believe his Agent is greedy and naive, while the typical African person shout RACISM and the blame game goes on and on without touching the real culprits - our African Leaders Currently the football market in Europe as well as other major sports are dominated by African Athletes either born and brought up there or migrated there to ply their sport trades. Check the stats of these major European Clubs and see for yourself the percentage domination of African skin over the past 30 years, helping to develop football business in that continent The real issue we always run away from discussing is “What happens to developing the same industry in Africa and make it bigger than European markets”? Just imagine for a second if all or about 80% of African Athletes, both born in Africa and Europe, converge and ply their football trades in the African Continent, the same way Asian population is using their continent to make massive advancements in developing machines and technology. But you will be correct to say “where are the modern infrastructures and conducive environment required to make that happen here on African soil“? This is where we should then start to hold our leaders accountable for their acts of wickedness and selfishness by not only paying lip service to this important economic-boosting industry but also for deliberately diverting to their personal pockets the funds and grants in billions of dollars and Euros that have accrued over the decades from FIFA towards Football development in Africa. The best way to understand how much our leaders have killed these young stars being forced out as “slaves” to European clubs is by checking the humongous amount of fund credited to have been embezzled by one of the past NFF Presidents who loves to ball and associate with celebrities, using the Dollars and Euros meant for stadia constructions and talent development to hire comedian and artistes to perform in his various periodic shows. Multiply him by every other football Administrators who have been in charge of Football Associations in all the African countries for the past 30 years and you will understand how far African football would have grown and gone solidly enough in retaining the likes of Osimhen and treat him and the rest with the respect and pride they deserve. But when 80% of the funds meant to make that happen in Africa is already in the pockets of your corrupt and untouchable wicked leaders, our Athletes will continue to be treated like slaves by Europe. And my fellow Africans, you have no moral ground to make any noise about racism against Osimhen or any African Athlete by some European fools when you look away from your wicked leaders looting the common wealth meant to stem or stop such neo-colonial treatment that the Europe has always been known for.
