Osimhen joins Napoli teammates for pre-season trip to Dimaro-Folgarida

Napoli have officially named a 29 travelling squad for their upcoming pre-season tour in Dimaro-Folgarida, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Napoli players arrived at the Hotel Rosatti in Dimaro, Italy.

Nigeria International Victor Osimhen was named in the squad, as training camp will start on Saturday morning at the Dimaro Sports Center.

Osimhen arrives looking to build on an impressive 2021/22 season that saw him register 18 goals and six assists in all competitions for Partonopei last season.

The club’s program includes the traditional meeting with manager Luciano Spalletti and two players with the fans on Tuesday , July 12 at the Folgarida Congress Center.

The Blues will face Anaune Val di Non in Dimaro in a friendly on Thursday, July 14.

The second friendly is scheduled for Sunday, July 17 against Perugia.

Napoli fans will be hoping that the team can use the pre-season tour to build fitness and accustom themselves as they look ahead to the new campaign.
