Nigeria's Para-Badminton Star Eniola Bolaji has been given the Badminton Confederation of African special achievers award, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.
She was awarded alongside Egyptian star Doha Hany who made history by becoming the first African player to qualify and participate in different events at the Olympics.
The 24-year-old participated in women's singles, doubles and mixed doubles at the events.
Bolaji on her part became the first African player to win a medal outside the continent when she won gold at the Spanish Para-Badminton International championship.
