The hope of Team Nigeria having an athlete in the final of the women's 100-meter final in Paris has been dashed, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After Tima Godbless crashed out in the first round on Friday, all eyes were focused on Rosemary Chukwuma, who finished 3rd in her heat.

She was lined up in one of the strongest heat in the semi-final on Saturday and she was unable to meet up .
