Paris 2024:Why D'Tigress Lost To France-Wakama

D'Tigress coach Rene Wakama has revealed the reasons they suffered a defeat to the host France on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Despite winning the opening group game against Australia convincingly, D'Tigress suffered a well-deserved 75-54 defeat to France.

The coach said, they didn't play their game and quickly said they have to return to the winning ways.

"We didn't play our game, we are not ourselves, what helped us secure the win on Monday, we didn't bring today.

"It's tough when you let another team shoot 63 percent inside the paint.

"It's hard to beat anybody, we need to get back to our ways", she said.

D'Tigress must beat Canada in the final group game on Saturday to secure a quarter-final berth.
