Paris Olympics: Nigeria Men's 4x400m Team Disqualified For Lane Violation

The Nigerian men's 4x400m team have been disqualified for stepping on the line in their heat at the Paris Olympics, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The team had qualified for the final after finishing 2nd in heat 2 with a Season's Best of 2:59.81. 

However, Nigeria will no longer compete in the final of men's 4x400m.

South Africa won their appeal in the 4x400m heat after arguing they were impeded as they progressed to the 4x400m final.
