Pinnick 3rd Term Hits Rock As Eagles Fails To Pick World Cup Ticket

After the heartbreak suffered from failure to go past the round of 16 at the 2020 AFCON, Amaju Pinnick led NFF has again failed to deliver World Cup ticket to Nigerians.

Super Eagles who had on Friday played a 0-0 draw with Ghana at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi ended up playing a 1-1 draw at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja on Tuesday and the three-time African champions were bundled out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Despite being the champions in 2013, the Amaju Pinnick led NFF had failed to qualify Nigeria for African Cup of Nations (AFCON) back to back in 2015 and 2017 and also failed to qualify for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

The Super Eagles failure to pick the ticket to Qatar is a big blow and should put to rest the third Term agenda of the Warri born FIFA Council Member.
