Pinnick-led NFF Dims Future of U15 Eagles As African Youth Games Commence In 15 Days

It has been confirmed that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is no longer interested in sending the Future Eagles to their first competition after four years.

The Ministry of youth and sports development confirmed that the NFF hurriedly submitted the proposal to attend the competition last week which was against the standard and procedure for submitting such.

According to the sports ministry, the NFF should have done better by submitting proposal earlier for the African Youth Games (AYG) that had been postponed two times within a year.

With the Future Eagles likely to miss out in this development games, it is obvious that Amaju Pinnick led board are paying lip service to youth football development and toiling with the future of our young footballers.

It was alleged that Amaju Pinnick is only interested in his third term ambition and nothing else.

The competition is due to start on the 26th of August till 6th of September in Cairo, Egypt.
