Pirates Coach Confirms Olisa Ndah Close To Return

Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has provided an update on Nigerian defender Olisa Ndah’s recovery from injury, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ndah has been out of action since sustaining a long-term injury in the first round of last season’s Betway Premiership.

Before the setback, he had made a strong start to the 2024/25 campaign under then-coach Jose Riveiro, forging a solid defensive partnership with Thabiso Sesane.

With Pirates preparing for a hectic schedule that includes the CAF Champions League and domestic competitions, Ouaddou shared encouraging news about Ndah’s progress.

“Olisa Ndah is training, he’s coming back [to full fitness], and everything is going well. Hopefully, in the next few days, he will be back with us in the group,” Ouaddou confirmed.
