Plateau United Can Make Champions League Group Stage Ahead Esperance- Ambrose

Plateau United would face four-times CAF Champions League champs Esperance of Tunisia in the 2nd round preliminary knockout phase of the inter-club tournament after they defeated Stade Mandji of Gabon 3-2 on aggregate.

Plateau United defensive midfield general Jimmy Ambrose while speaking on the game; says football is about 90 minutes, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

"Esperance of Tunis are a good team and football is a game of 90 minutes that can churn out any result. I believe in my teammates and football being a round leather game that is played around the world and can take any shape and dimension.

"We have worked hard to get to this level and this is just the beginning. The team will make the group stage of the CAF Champions League with hard work."
