Players, Officials Injured As Ex-Senate President Club Involved In Road Accident

Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football Club was in Monday involved in a road accident while returning from their Nigeria National League encounter, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to the team media release, no life was lost while some players and officials who sustained different degree of injuries were rushed to an unnamed hospital where they are currently receiving medical treatment.

The accident occurred along the Ogbomosho-Ilorin expressway. ABS FC were on their way back from Lagos following Wednesday’s encounter against Madiba FC. The Ilorin-based club lost the matchday nine encounter 3-0.
