Pre-AFCON Friendly: Super Eagles Stumble Against Guinea

Nigeria's Super Eagles wrapped up their preparation for the upcoming African Cup of Nations with a defeat to the Syli Stars of Guinea, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Super Eagles under coach Jose Peseiro has been in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates preparing for the biennial competition.

The team recorded an emphatic 12-0 win over a local side on Sunday with Ademola Lookman scoring 4 of those goals.

They faced Guinea on Monday and lost 2-0 with goals from Aguibou Camara and Facinet Conte.

The team is expected to be back in the country on Tuesday before departing for Ivory Coast venue of the tournament.
