Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface bagged a brace, while Nathan Tella also added another in Bayer Leverkusen's pre-season win over Sportfreunde Baumberg, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

The former German Bundesliga champions thrashed the non-league side 7-0 in a warm-up game.

Boniface came off the bench to open his pre-season goal account with a quick brace I the 49th and 53rd minute, his first goals since returning from his Werder Bremen loan spell and knee surgery.

The Nigerian is expected to regain full fitness, as his Bundesliga team intensify preparations for the new football season.
