Fulham FC secured a vital win against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League game played late on Monday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi lived up to expectations in the keenly contested encounter played at the Craven Cottage in London.

It was the Nigerian International who netted the opening goal for the host before Matheus Cunha equalised for Wolves later.

Fulham regained its lead with a penalty kick through Willian and the away levelled up again before the host got another spot-kick towards the end of the game.

Former Brazilian International Willian calmly converted the kick and gave Fulham the maximum points.
