Premier League: Nistelrooy Gives Update On Ndidi's Injury

The manager of the English Premier League club Leicester City Ruud Van Nistelrooy has given an update on the injury situation of the Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The defensive midfielder was replaced in the 51 minutes against Brighton Hove Albion after he sustained injury.

Ahead of this weekend clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Nistelrooy confirmed that Ndidi has started rehabilitation and he will not be available.

" Wilfred is in his rehab. He’s not on the pitch so he’s not available for selection,”Van Nistelrooy was quoted by the club’s official website.

Ndidi has been one of the regular players for the Foxes this season with 15 appearances.
