When Leicester City face West Ham United in the final game of the 2022/2023 Premier League season, they will have to do that without the full complement of their team, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Foxes have a season to forget as they've struggled since the start of the season and will require a miracle to remain in the elite division come next season.
The manager of the team Dean Smith on Friday confirmed that the Nigeria duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi are in major doubt for the cracker.
Iheancho has been out of action since the game against Leeds United where he sustained a groin injury.
"Kelechi is fine. Jonny Evans is fine. Ricardo Pereira, we scanned him and he’s fine. Wilf is the only question mark at the moment. He hasn’t trained yet since the injury", the gaffer stated.
The Foxes welcome West Ham United to King Power Stadium knowing only a win will give them a chance of Premier League survival, while results elsewhere – specifically at Everton and Leeds United also need to go their way.

Former Nigeria's Flying Eagles and Genk of Belgium winger Yira Sor has sustained an injury, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Since the departure of Paul Onuachu to the Premier League, the Limburgers have struggled to find stability in the attack.
Genk has to deal with a series of disappointments especially with their attackers which puts even more pressure on the match against Club Brugge this weekend.
Nigeria international Tolu Arokodare has been hampered by injuries and Aly Samatta's lack of form has posed problems before and Sor has joined the list of concerns.
The Nigerian left winger was forced out of collective training this Thursday after experiencing pain in his ankle.
Although he was able to continue training without the ball, the lingering injury raises concerns over his availability for the crucial game against Club Brugge.
