Qatar 2022: Mane Proud Of Teammates Despite Defeat

Injured forward Sadio Mane has sent a message of support to his teammates despite crashing out in the knockout stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The African champions on Sunday suffered a 0-3 defeat to the superior power of England and crashed out of the tournament in Qatar.

Mane was ruled out of the competition due to the injury he sustained while representing his club, Bayern Munich.

"Dear brothers you fell arm in arm. The people are proud of your trajectory that has warmed the heart of the fans, defending the flag with dignity", he said 

Jordan Henderson, Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka are the goal-scorers for England.
