Qatar 2022 Playoffs: "We Believe In Our Strategy" - Black Star Coach

Newly appointed Black Stars of Ghana coach, Otto Addo, has said they believed their strategies will see them through against Nigeria's Super Eagles, BSNsports.com.ng understand


The two archrivals will clash in a two-legged affair in the 2022 Qatar World Cup playoffs which is slated to start this weekend.


While reacting to the upcoming games, Addo said he believed that the strategies they adopted us good enough to earn them the ticket but admitted that playing against Nigeria won't be an easy task.


" it's only a few days away to play out the crucial match against our rival Nigeria.


"We all expect Ghana to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar, it won't be easy and we are ready to do our best to make it to the tournament.


"The players, the technical team and the Ghana Football Association are committed to the task.


"We want to make ourselves and the nation proud by qualifying for the upcoming World Cup.


"Matches between Nigeria and Ghana are always difficult but we believe in our players and strategies and support of all Ghanaians as we go into those two matches.


"We are Ghana and we have what it takes to come out victorious," he said.


Ghana will host the first leg at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi before moving to the Moshood Abiola Stadium for the reverse fixtures.
