Manager of the Black Stars of Ghana Otto Addo has attributed their victory over Nigeria to the element of luck, BSNsports.com.ng gathered

The Black Stars sailed through to the Qatar 2022 World Cup at the expense of the Super Eagles of Nigeria after playing out a 1-1 draw.

While reacting to the outcome of the match, Addo credited the goalkeeper Jonjo Wollacot for his amazing performance in the game.

" I'm really delighted and exhausted, it was a tough match and we fought our way through.

We had a big problem especially in the first half and through some changes, the players gave their tactics very well and still Nigerians had some good chances.

Our goalkeeper was there when we needed him and we a little bit of luck also, because if you see the chances the Nigerians were better.

I feel a bit pity for them but this is football, sometimes and we fought our way through," he said.
