Qatar WC Playoff: Super Eagles Observe First Training Session Since Returning To Abuja

The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Saturday evening observed their first training session since returning to the country after the goalless draw against the Black Stars of Ghana in Kumasi on Friday night, BSNSports.com.ng can report.


The Nigerian contingencies who arrived the shores of Nigeria in the early hours of Saturday aboard the official airline, Airpeace went straight to their hotel for a proper rest before setting out in the evening for the training.


The goalless draw in Kumasi now means Nigeria will have to thread carefully in Abuja on Tuesday when Ghana visits so as not to concede while also ensuring they beat their visitors.


The refurbished Moshood Abiola Stadium will host the all important second Qatar World Cup playoff between the two West African arch-rivals with the winner picking one of the available 5 tickets for the African continent to the tournament proper in Qatar.
