The line-up for the 2026 CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations has been officially completed, with 16 nations securing their places in the continent’s premier youth competition, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Teams from across Africa battled through their respective regional qualifiers to earn a spot at the tournament, which continues to serve as a key platform for emerging football talent.

Among the qualified sides are traditional powerhouses such as Morocco, Ghana, Senegal, and Egypt, all of whom will be aiming to assert their pedigree at the competition.

They will be joined by a mix of rising and consistent performers including Algeria, Cameroon, Mali, and South Africa.

Other qualified nations include Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Uganda.
