Ramadan: Sports Minister Donates Car, Wheel Chair and Food Items to Ogbomoso Indigenes

In the spirit of of the holy muslim month of Ramadan, the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Chief Sunday Dare has donated a Sienna Car to Ogbomoso Progressive Forum, a wheel chair to a person living with disability, and food items to the communities who gathered in the newly donated sporting arena to watch Dare Babes defeat Oyo SWAN (Sports Writers) by 6 goals to 2.


Activities at the new sporting arena donated to the people of Ogbomoso community included taekwondo, table tennis, badminton and a host of other activities.


Notable personalities like the former speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Gunju Ojo, DG FRIN, Professor Shola Adepoju, Director of the National Institute of Sports(NIS), Professor Morónkólá, the Registrar of the Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Dr. Adéwálé Akinsola, former Director of Grassroots in the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Dr. Demola Arẹ, former Director of Sports Council Kwara State, Mr Tunde Kazeem graced the occasion.
