Rangers Boss Reiterates Belief In Nigerian Striker

Ahead of the 2023/2024 league season, the coach of Scottish Premier League side Glasgow Rangers Michael Beale has reiterated belief in Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Cyril Dessers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 28-year-old attacker joined Gers this summer after leaving relegated Italian side US Cremonese.

Dessers was brought in to replace Morelos who departed the club.

Beale said, Dessers is capable of getting them double-digit goals this season.

“I think Dessers will be one of three or four players who can get us double figures in goals this season.

“If we’re a good team, we’ll share the goals. But Cyriel has come in, and he’s really fresh, energetic. 

We’re trying to get as many forwards as we can on the pitch", he told PLZ.
