Rangers Promote Two Academy Players To Senior Team

Rangers International has officially handed professional contracts to rising stars Anoruo Lawrence Chukwudi and Ogbonna Odira Christian, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The young defenders, both products of the club’s U-19 team headed by Coach Felix Nwosu, have impressed enough to earn their place in the senior squad, a move lauded by the club's hierarchy.
The official contract signing, witnessed by club officials and teammates, marks a significant milestone for the duo, who have excelled in the left-back position for the youth team.
Rangers' CEO, Amobi Ezeaku Esq, emphasized the club's dedication to developing young players as a core component of their football business strategy.
"This is a testament to our commitment to discovering and developing young talents," Ezeaku stated.
"Anoruo and Ogbonna have demonstrated exceptional potential in our U-19 setup, and we believe they can contribute significantly to the senior team. We are investing in their future, and the future of Rangers."
Both players expressed their gratitude and excitement at the opportunity to represent the 'Flying Antelopes' at the highest level.
