Reigning NPL Champions Enyimba Announce Mass Exodus Of Expired Contracts

About 11 players have been released by Enyimba International Football Club following the expiration of their contract with the People's Elephant of Aba for 2023, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The nine-time League champions released a statement noting the players on expired contracts including goalkeeper and skipper - John Noble who's featured for them last three seasons, alongside last season's top scorer Chukwuemeka Obioma who joined in the summer of 2021.

Central midfielder - Philip Ozor, also joins the exodus of players since joining the Aba-based club on a free transfer from Delta Force FC in July 2020, with the likes of Chigozie Obasi, Adekunle Adeleke, Fatai Abdullahi, Samuel Kalu, and Sadiq Abubakar, all ending their spells.

Amongst the eleven players on the Chronicles, three players - Moses Omoduemuke, Ademola Adebambo, and Othuke Egbo, had their contracts terminated on mutual consent.
