Retired FIFA Referee Named Acting General Manager Of Dakkada FC

Retired FIFA Referee, Ferdinand Udoh has been named Acting General Manager of Nigeria National League, NNL, side, Dakkada FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In a statement, on Friday, the club announced Udoh as its new Acting General Manager ahead of the kick-off of the 2025/2026 NNL season.

"Transitioning from a distinguished career in international football refereeing to club administration, Udoh is set to steer Dakkada International FC into a new era of transformation and growth.

"In this role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, working with all stakeholders to restore Dakkada to its rightful place in Nigerian football."

The Akwa Ibom-born umpire made his mark beyond the shores of Nigeria during his active days as a top referee and is expected to lead the side to Nigeria's top-flight division.
