Rivers United has presented Finidi George as the club's Technical Manager to teeming fans and supporters of the club, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The colourful ceremony, which was held at the Sharks Stadium in Port Harcourt had in attendance football enthusiasts, who welcomed the new manager.

The Port Harcourt-born football legend signed a two-year deal with the Pride of Rivers. 

A tweet on the official handle of the club reads: "We unveiled Finidi George as our new Technical Manager at a ceremony held at the Sharks Stadium on July 4th, 2024."
