Samson Unuanel returns to Rovers FC as Technical Adviser

Rovers Football Club has reappointed Samson Unuanel as Technical Adviser of the club.

Unuanel who has had one spell as Technical Adviser of Rovers FC returns for a second stint in a bid to guide the club to domestic success.

His appointment takes effect immediately after formal contract papers were signed on in a meeting with the club's management.

Club chairman Mr. Ebam Ejenosowor told Rovers FC media the choice of Samson Unuanel was an easy one as he shares the club's passion for success, is familiar with the terrain and will hit the ground running.

"We are a very meticulous club that works diligently and quietly to achieve only the best results. We have appointed Coach Unuanel and have made the announcement now.

"I urge our fans to be patient and understanding. We are working very hard, as we always do, to ensure next season is a successful one for all of us."

Samson Unuanel and the players will on Tuesday kick-off pre-season preparations in Calabar.
