SPL: Dessers Clinches Club Player Of The Month Award

Nigeria's Super Eagles and Glasgow Rangers striker Cyril Dessers has received a due reward for his hard labour in January, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

The former Genk of Belgium forward dumped out goalkeeper Jack Butland, John Lundstram and John Souttar to emerge as the club Player of The Month for January.

The Gers recorded a perfect record in January and Dessers played an active role in achieving the feat.

He scored three goals and one assist in January to take his tally this season to a double figure for the club in all competition.

Dessers was unable to make the final cut for the Super Eagles team to the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
