Serie A: Dessers, Okekere Cremonese Coach Sacked

When the duo of Nigeria Internationals Cyril Dessers and David Okereke take to the field for US Cremonese in the Italian league it will surely be under a new manager, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The management of the newly promoted side late on Saturday night announced the sacking of the entire technical crew of the team led by Maximilliano Alvini.

Cremonese suffered a 2-3 home defeat to another newly promoted side Monza on Saturday afternoon and the team continued to wallow in the relegation zone.

" US Cremonese announces that it has relieved Massimiliano Alvini and his staff from the technical management of the first team. The grey-red club would like to thank the coach and his collaborators for the seriousness, professionalism and passion shown in the daily work carried out over the past few months", the statement confirmed.

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Desser was one of the scorers in the game but Cremonese remained winless this season.
