Serie A: Osimhen Is Getting Back In Shape - Mazzarri

The manager of the Italian Serie A side Napoli Walter Mazzarri has expressed his excitement over the recovery of Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Partnopei has been missing the services of the energetic striker since October due to the injury he coped with while representing Nigeria in an international friendly against Saudi Arabia.

He was among the players who returned to the full team training during the week as they prepare for the game against Atalanta.

During a pre-match conference, the team coach said he was happy that Osimhen is getting back in shape

“Osimhen is a great guy. He’s been cheerful since the very first moment. He is a generous guy who thinks about winning and sacrifices himself. He is getting back in shape and I am happy", he said.

Napoli will face Atalanta on Saturday and Osimhen is likely to play a part in the game.
