Shooting Stars Trio Resume Training With Teammates

Shooting Stars preparation for the upcoming season got a positive boost with the recovery of an injured trio of Dare Dede, Evans Ifeatu and James Faith BSNSports.com.ng report.

Goalkeeper Dare Dede who has been out of action for a while; owing to an injury he suffered during a recent pre-season tournament, has regained full fitness and is back to training.

Central back, Evans Ifeatu has also resumed training weeks after being sidelined by a head injury.

The defender who sustained a deep head cut in the tune-up game against Saki United in Saki rejoined the rest of the team during Wednesday's training session.

Goalkeeper James Faith is also back training alone. The goalie was stretched off the pitch while warming up with the rest of the team before the game against Crown FC at the Lekan Salami Stadium.

He is close to full fitness and will soon resume training with his teammates.

However, the duo of forward, Ayo Adejubu and midfielder, Anietie Uko are still recuperating from an illness and injury.

While Adejubu has been sidelined by malaria, Uko on the other hand is still nursing the injury he sustained during a recent game.

Preparation continues as the coach Gbenga Ogunbote led technical crew intensifies efforts to build a formidable squad for the task ahead.
