Southwest Derby: We're Ready For Sporting Lagos Clash - Remo Stars Forward

Remo Stars forward, Isaac James has revealed the team's readiness ahead of Sunday's Matchday 4 clash against Sporting Lagos, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The season's first Southwest derby which will be played at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne will see the Daniel Ogunmodede-led side hoping to draw the first blood this season against Sporting. 

While speaking ahead of the encounter on Sunday, Isaac, who made a return to full training this week with the rest of the team, expressed that the players are ready for the clash. 

" Yes, we are fully ready ahead of the derby especially with the victory from our last away game, " Isaac said.

" We'll put everything into it and will give our all to make sure that we achieve victory."

The former Nasarawa United also praised Sporting Lagos for how they have developed as a team, as he admitted that it would be a tough game. 

" It's going to be a good game for sure, because Sporting is a good side and have improved as a team."

" It's a opportunity for us to show them that we are better as a team, and my teammates and even the coaching crew are positive going into the game, we will leave no stone unturned," he concludes. 

Remo Stars secured their first away win of the season after they defeated Bayelsa United 2-0, last Sunday in Matchday 3 encounter.
