Southwest Derby:Remo Stars Ready For Shooting Stars Clash- Isaac

Remo Stars forward, Isaac James has expressed that the team is fully ready and prepared ahead of the Southwest Derby against Shooting Stars on Wednesday in Ikenne, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The encounter which is a Matchday 6 fixture of the 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League, will take place at the Remo Stars Stadium. 

While speaking ahead of the encounter, in an exclusive interview on Tuesday with BSNSports.com.ng, Isaac revealed the team's readiness and expressed it is a key game for the Sky Blues Stars. 

"It's going to be an action-packed game," Isaac said. 

"But, above all, we are coming out victorious because it is a key game for us." 

"Shooting Stars is a good team, and they are looking good so far this season but it is a derby game and we have to play our hearts out to win the match."

The Benue-born forward also explained that their record against the Gbenga Ogunbote-led side won't change or affect their plans for the game. 

" Yes, nothing will change, we will maintain the record, it is important for us. Just like we did against our neighbors Sporting Lagos."

" We are fully prepared and ready for the clash, " he concludes.
