Lobi Stars of Makurdi has revealed players retained by the club for the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

This was contained in a statement by the club's Secretary, Saawuan Terhemen, signed on behalf of the management. 

According to him; "Management has slated 15/07/2024 for resumption of pre-season training/players registeration processes as required by NFF/NPFL framework and proposed playing tour of the 23 Local Governments to hunt for talents towards fortifying the squad, in preparation ahead of the forthcoming 2024/2025 NPFL season which is due to commence in August, 2024. 

"Therefore, any player whose name did not appear on the retained list should note that he is collecting his last salary from the club this June 2024."

THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS HAVE BEEN RETAINED BY THE CLUB FOR 2024/2025 NPFL SEASON:

"ABDULAHI Jimoh, ATSAKA Daniel, ORYA Joseph, EMMANUEL Daniel, KWAMBE Solomon, AKILE Monday, MADU Christian, JOHN Lazarus, CHINEDU Sunday."

Others are; "TSEHUAN Moses, VICTOR John, ORJI Kalu, KUMAGA Suur, TIZA Samuel, WAHEED Adebayo, TERLUMUN Timothy, AHMODU Liman, IMENGER Barnabas.

"ITIM Paul, ODINAKA Francis, SEIBI Benedict, AULE JohnMark, ALAO Dambani, OGABO Stanley, ONAH Peter and TYOSAR Reuben."
